Object No. 6 Classic is an eight-hour role-playing game with airsoft elements, set in an original post-apocalyptic world. This will be the fourth game in the series, but knowledge of previous events isn’t required, since Classic is a prequel to the first game and incorporates new features developed as the project has evolved.
Game Zones – the entire play area is divided into two zones: the Shooting Zone and the Non-Shooting Zone. In the Non-Shooting Zone you can take a break from airsoft firefights and interact in character with other players and game mechanics.
Note: the Non-Shooting Zone is still a combat area.
The Shooting Zone hosts the main active gameplay, where players explore dangerous territory in search of useful items.
Non-Game Areas – stairways, locker rooms, toilets.
What not to expect: personalised briefings, deeply developed individual storylines, or full catering.
What to expect: PvP and PvE combat in the Shooting Zone; character death and new-character generation; food (prepared during the event by willing volunteers—limited in quantity and purchased with in-game currency… snacks and energy drinks are available for real money); ammo is issued by the organisers according to the game’s conventions.
Our touchstones and inspirations: 1990’s action movies on VHS and the wildness of 2000’s games.
