Getting information about LARP Events
You’ve entered my humble domain and discovered a map dotted with colorful pins. Let’s explore it together, and I’ll explain what kind of information you’ll find—and why I chose to catalogue it this way. Everything is presented in a standardized format, so you’ll always know exactly where to look for what you need.
Let’s take a closer look at the criteria behind it all.
As soon as the day comes when I finish tinkering with the systems and plugins, I want all this information to be searchable.
Dates and Time
What’s the point of planning a visit if you have work tomorrow? Here you’ll find the dates and exact start and end times of the event.
Event Cathegories
Maybe you’re looking to dive into a fantasy world—or suit up in power armor. The color-coded map pins and carefuly selected categories make it easy to find exactly what you're looking for.
Country
Driving thousands of kilometers is nothing for a passionate soul—but let’s be honest, it’s always helpful to know in advance if the journey will be that long.
Helping you Navigate
It might not be obvious at first, but the map isn’t just a cool gimmick. The location addresses work with Google’s navigation system to help you find the best route.
Please note: People make mistakes, and locations can change at the last minute. Always double-check if you're planning a long trip. And if you notice the map needs an update—please message me!
I want this information to be clear as day.

Even more clarity
The Price
Event prices can vary widely. They often depend on accommodation options, the roles you choose, and even the date you register—prices tend to rise as the event draws closer. I’m doing my best to list all the details here.
Supported Languages
There are many ways organizers deal with language barriers—but more often than not, they don’t mention it at all. What a surprise it can be to arrive at an event and suddenly struggle to understand other players. This information is here to help you avoid that problem.
Information Online
Every event and organizer has their own preferred way of sharing information. I’m trying to make it easier to find by cataloguing it all—websites, Telegram and Discord groups, social media pages, and links to Google documents.

What else is there?
You’ll find information about the Scale of the Event (how big it is and what to expect) along with its Duration (how many actual days it will take) and any Age Restrictions. Not every event is family-friendly, and some are specifically for adults, some have special conditions.
Another important field is STATUS. Some events are only recently announced and offer little information, while others may already have all roles filled. But don’t give up! Try contacting the organizers—availability often changes, and they might have the perfect role waiting for you.
I don’t want to overload the event page with too much detail—it’s designed for convenience—so the descriptions are always brief. A link to the Registration Form is included for those who want to dive deeper.
QR CODE – Instantly takes you to the link without needing to type anything. Just scan and go. Save it on your phone, share it - your choise.
SHARE – Quickly send this page to your friends using your favorite messenger or social network.
FILES – This is the big one! If the event includes rules, lore, or other key documents—and it’s allowed to share them—I’ll store them here for easy access, all in one place. No need to search for them at all.
